CarShippingCalculator.com ("we," "us," or "our") is a free online lead generation service that connects individuals seeking auto transport quotes with licensed auto transport carriers and brokers ("Carriers").

We are not an auto transport carrier or broker. We do not transport vehicles, set final shipping prices, or guarantee availability. We provide cost estimates based on general industry data and facilitate introductions between you and Carriers.

2. Eligibility

By using our service, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to request quotes for the vehicle described
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are located in the United States

3. How the service works

When you submit a quote request through our calculator, you agree that:

• Your contact information (name, phone number, email address) and shipment details will be shared with up to 5 licensed auto transport Carriers
• These Carriers may contact you by phone, email, or text message to provide quotes and discuss your shipment
• You are under no obligation to accept any quote or book any shipment
• Any contract for auto transport services is solely between you and the Carrier you choose — we are not a party to that agreement

4. Cost estimates

The cost estimates provided by our calculator are estimates only, based on general industry pricing data including distance, vehicle type, transport type, and market averages. These estimates:

• Are not guaranteed prices or quotes
• May differ significantly from actual carrier quotes
• Do not account for all factors that affect pricing (fuel surcharges, seasonal demand, route availability, vehicle condition, etc.)

Actual prices are determined solely by the Carriers who contact you.

5. Our role and limitations

• Verify that Carriers hold current licenses, insurance, or FMCSA authority
• Participate in or oversee any auto transport transaction

• Resolve disputes between you and a Carrier

We strongly recommend that you independently verify each Carrier's FMCSA license, insurance coverage, and reviews before booking any shipment.

6. Your responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your quote request
• Not submit quote requests for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our service
• Not submit multiple requests for the same shipment to manipulate carrier contact
• Conduct your own due diligence before engaging any Carrier
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your vehicle shipment

7. Carrier relationships

Carriers in our network are independent third-party businesses. We have no control over their pricing, availability, quality of service, or conduct. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising from a shipment is exclusively between you and the Carrier.

We are not liable for:

• Vehicle damage, loss, or delay during transport
• A Carrier's failure to honor a quoted price
• A Carrier's failure to pick up or deliver your vehicle
• Any actions or omissions of any Carrier

8. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by up to 5 auto transport Carriers via phone, email, and/or text message, including automated or pre-recorded calls, regarding your vehicle shipment. Standard message and data rates may apply.

This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of further contact from a specific Carrier by informing them directly.

9. Intellectual property

All content on CarShippingCalculator.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the calculator tool — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of our calculator is permitted.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
